1. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed for shipping. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@houseofsbg.in with your order number.
2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- If you received a damaged or defective product
- If you received the wrong item
- If the product is significantly different from its description
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s).

- In its original packaging
- Unused and in the same condition as you received it
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
