Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times and rates will vary based on your location. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Estimated delivery times for international orders are 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country.

4. Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
